Welcoming Ministries
The Welcome Team offers a variety of fun and friendly ways to welcome people to church and provide great hospitality! Greeting, delivering a gift, making phone calls, bringing refreshments for events. . . these are just some of the ways that you can be part of helping others know that we are glad they are here.
Ways to Serve:
Greeter: Welcome people to church before worship for 20 minutes on the weeks you would like.
Sunday Morning Information Desk: Assist people, answer the phone, and help folks who are joining for an hour on the Sundays of your choice.
Welcoming Helper and Guide: Assist people with information and show people to the nursery, Sunday school classes and worship.
Visitor Gift Delivery Team: Deliver gifts from the church to first-time guests in the McKinney area early in the week.
Phone Calls to Visitors & New Members: Call to welcome and assist visitors and new members.
Hospitality for Classes and Events: Provide refreshments or greet for classes and events.
